Cairn O’Mohr will be at Dundee Food Festival at Dundee City Square.

Based amongst the rich fields and the hedge fringed country roads of the Carse of Gowrie, Perthshire, there’s this strange Scottish winery. Since 1987 Cairn o’ Mohr has been brewing up juicy-fruity, berry loaded, blossom scented, leafy layered, award-winning country wines, using the berries for which the area is famous, wild flowers, fruits and leaves. Fruit wines, sparkling wines, ciders and bourtree juices using near anything that grows.

As part of a drinks offering, showcasing the best of the local, one of Dundee’s most popular bars is hosts a pop up in the City Square. Temple Lane will be featuring some of their famous cocktails with local spirits by the likes of Lunun Gin, Mond Vodka and Arbikie. For beer lovers we have partnered with the award winning 71 Brewing to provide a range of their best-selling draught and canned beers.

We are a husband-and-wife team, living in Newport on Tay and raising our three children amongst the hubbub of running our Café Bar, Deli’s Fig & Fromage, Newport on Tay and Provender Brown, Perth. Bringing to Dundee Food Festival our love of high-quality ingredients from Italy, France, Spain and Scotland.

Come and try our bespoke Kimono themed cocktails at £8. Choose from: Roku Gin Sour, Cherry Blossom, Suntory Old Fashioned. Let our cocktail mixologists wow you.

Dundee’s favourite contemporary bar hosts a weekend of cocktail specials to celebrate the Dundee Food Festival. Temple Lane is operated by local food hero and award winning Chef Dean Banks and been warmly adopted as one of the city’s most exciting new venues since opening in October 2023.

Come along and join in with the Big Lunch at Dundee Food Festival – open to all between 11am and 3pm. All you need to do is make your way to Slessor Gardens with your lunch and a picnic blanket or folding chair (a limited number of hay bales and blankets will be available).
