Dundee Food Festival 2024 Guide – Sunday

Discover the foodie delights at the Dundee Food Festival Hub in City Square! Join us for live music, street performers, and a chill-out zone.

Courtney Elena, a singer-songwriter from Dundee, has been sharing her voice since the age of 14 in Dundee and across Scotland. She is currently focused on creating and recording new music, with the hope of releasing it soon. You can listen to her latest releases on SoundCloud.

Join us for an insightful event on nutrition and public health hosted by the NNEdPro Global Institute in partnership with the Dundee Food Festival and Dundee & Angus College at Happening at Bonar Hall in Dundee on Sunday, 7th July, from 5pm to 7pm.

Faith in Community Dundee will be at Dundee Food Festival with an information stall containing food recipes from different faith groups.

The James Hutton Institute will be showcasing some new varieties of raspberry and potato. There will be the opportunity to try our new raspberry variety Glen Eden as well as some other recent varieties (whilst stocks last).

Dan Richardson is a Scottish singer songwriter born in Aberdeen but based and living in Dundee. Best known for his his involvement in the band scene in Dundee and fronting local funk-pop five piece Jutebox Dan has been performing solo and with the band all over Scotland over the past few years. 

Musician Katie Nicoll will be appearing live at Dundee Food Festival. Growing up, Katie was fortunate to have always been surrounded by small live music festivals and music fans. This partly inspired her to pick up a guitar at the age of ten, and soon she began writing and playing in front of audiences all over Scotland. Katie has played to around 300 crowds over the last seven years, and in 2023 scored support slots for the likes of Rianne Downie and joined Callum Beattie on his summer tour- playing some of her biggest shows to date.
