The James Hutton Institute will be showcasing some new varieties of raspberry and potato. There will be the opportunity to try our new raspberry variety Glen Eden as well as some other recent varieties (whilst stocks last).

There will also be an opportunity to discuss the work at the Institute and its role in facing the challenges of environmental sustainability and food security, at a local, national and international scale. We will also be showing new varieties of potato and discussing how this important crop is having to adapt to pressures of climate change.
