An evening of entertainment, sustainable drinks and delicious toasties at Discovery Point! 

Enjoy DoughBoy IPA from LAW Brewing Co (made using surplus bread from Clarks Bakery), freshly grilled toasties from Wee Melt packed with local ingredients, and in a first for the RRS Discovery, Freddie Mercury will take to the decks of this historic ship to perform some of Queen’s biggest hits!

LAW Brewing Co are bringing an array of their most popular beers, crafted here in Dundee. Learn about the sustainable process of taking surplus bread and rolls from Clarks 24hr Bakery and turning it into delicious DoughBoy IPA – reducing food waste and shortening food miles.

Wee Melt toastie shack will be serving up oozing toasties packed with local seasonal produce, using bread that’s been baked with flour ground from spent grains in the LAW Brewery.
