At Quayside Bar & Grill, we prioritise using seasonal local produce in our menu and strive to collaborate with local suppliers and products as much as we can.
We have plan in place to reduce food waste, and are currently working with Zero Waste Scotland on a dedicated plan for our Dundee site aiming to create a 40% reduction in food waste. We have plans underway to rework the supply chain to reduce unnecessary waste, then coupling this with employee information schemes and alternative uses for food waste such as coffee grounds.
We do not use any single use plastics in our restaurant and bar, or throughout the hotel.
